All of a sudden my cousins want to look at new houses, we wen to caribbean at keppel bay showflat since we were at harbor front.. wow.. Its damned nice.. its a gd place for relaxation.. alot of people is eyeing for this condo..
They told us most of the penthouse is already sold, and its a 3 storey penthouse.. each unit u have a private lift to itself.. which means u have no neighbours. u have open another door to the corridor if you want to talk to your neighbours.. a cable-stayed bridge will be built across to the marina on keppel island...
They show us the floor plans for each apt. but there are more floor plans, too bad they can only show us one.. The two bedroom apt. are kinda small.. but the rooms are big.. Three bedroom apt. is average.. four bedroom apt. is just nice..
She was thinking about getting the 3 bedroom apt. if her husband agrees to get a unit here. But i dun think all her stuffs can fits into the 3 bedrm apt. she had far too much stuffs at home..
its a gd place to stay.. :) recommend to ppl whom is looking for a new place to stay..
